Neoprene with adjustable velcro strapping to support your chin. Comfortable, adjustable, washable, long lasting. Fits easily under or over most CPAP mask headgear. For best results keep the top strap as far forward as you can towards the front of the head, to support your chin vertically rather than diagonally backwards.
